Marshside Primary School is a partnership of children, parents, staff and governors. In our school the ethos is to place the child at the centre of everything.  We aim to be caring, of the child, of each other, and of the wider community (including parents and carers).

Our Mission Statement is:

‘Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself’.

All those involved with Marshside Primary School aim to provide every child with opportunities to acquire the skills to enable them to learn the things they need to become life-long learners. All children are encouraged to be creative, enthusiastic and risk taking in their learning.

Together we aim to:

Create a happy and secure community in which children can thrive and grow in confidence.

Provide a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum which helps all children fulfil their potential.

Teach children to respect both themselves and others and to care for their environment.
